Electri-Flex
Company has just released a new line of steel fixture whips that
are being introduced initially in the Midwest. Plans for
national distribution will be announced at a later date. These
flexible metal, pre-assembled whips can be used for lighting
fixture installation, as well as many other electrical equipment
uses. Fixture whips help reduce jobsite labor and material
costs. They consist of six feet of UL listed flexible metal
conduit, stranded THHN wire with 6”
leads, and internal, zinc die-cast fittings with steel locknuts.
Standard sizes include 12, 14 and 18 gauge wire and multiple
color configurations. Solid conductors and
snap-in connectors available upon request.

manufacturing and distribution facilities. These new T5
Fluorescent Light Fixtures provide up to 50% energy savings
compared with the previous Metal Halide fixtures while offering

They illuminate almost instantly allowing occupancy sensors to
turn the lights on only when the area is in use, boosting energy

August 3rd, 2009 - Press Release Electri-Flex Company has released a spec sheet listing its line of non-metallic conduits and fittings. Non-metallic conduits are made without a metal core and are ideal for corrosive environments, high flexing applications and where weight might be an issue. Applications include outdoor use, including HVAC units, pools and spas, as well as wiring harnesses, laboratory equipment and fiber optics. Materials used are flexible and rigid PVC. Conduit Types NM, NMHT and NM2 work with connector Types NMLT and NMSC.
