Industrial Electrician
Position Summary: In this role he/she will ensure the continued functioning of electrical equipment by its proper installation, maintenance, and repair. Must be able to understand technical documents, such as schematics, that detail job instructions. Adhere to the statutory codes that apply to your work. Successfully complete assigned tasks with minimized equipment downtime. Minimum qualifications include: HS diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education & experience, vocational cert. and/or technical training, 5 year minimum working in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and repair on AC/DC drive production machines
- Must be manually able to lift 50 – 60 lbs. Move by rolling/push/pull 100-300lbs.
- Performs repair of plant and office electrical systems, including high and low voltage
Maintenance Mechanic
Position Summary: Tends fabricating machines such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punch, that cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, and tubes. Minimum qualifications include: HS diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education & experience, 3 year minimum working in a manufacturing environment, ability to perform simple math, such as division, fractions, and percentages.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operates Fab Shop and Maintenance Shop machinery and equipment.
- Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
- Removes burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from workpiece.
- Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or workpieces.
Fabricator
Position Summary: Must be able to operate with precision, all types of manual toolroom machines such as surface grinders, lathes, milling machines. Tends fabricating equipment and hand tools. Minimum qualifications include: HS diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education & experience, 5 year minimum working in a toolroom & manufacturing environment, ability to perform simple math, such as division, fractions, and percentages.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operates Fab Shop and Machine Shop machinery (Manual Lathes, Mills, Grinding equipment).
- Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
- Must have inspection of parts and tooling experience.
- Measure’s workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.
- Removes burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from workpiece.
- Sets up and performs maintenance on fab and machine shop machines.
