Order Picker/Fork-Lift Driver – Shipping – 2nd Shift
Position Summary: Responsible for picking, preparing, and loading customer orders using manual methods and forklifts. Operates RF scanners and computer systems to process shipments, receive finished goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure products meet quality standards. Safely handles materials and supports daily warehouse operations. Salary: $21/hour +10% shift premium
Requirements: Must be able to operate a stand-up forklift truck, specifically CROWN STAND UP; must speak and read English; Basic computer skills.

Stock Transfer Driver – Receiving – 2nd Shift
Position Summary: Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of materials between buildings, while supporting receiving, dock operations, and production needs. This role requires a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, along with the flexibility to assist in multiple areas of the operation as needed. Salary: $24/hour +10% shift premium
Requirements: Valid Class C driver’s license required with a clean driving record; minimum of 3 years of electric forklift experience; ability to safely lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.; ability to read and write in English, follow directions, and perform basic math calculations.

Tooling Specialist (Conventional Machinist) – day or night shift
Position Summary: The Tooling Specialist is a hands-on role that supports production by ensuring machinery, equipment, and supporting accessories are operating properly. This person will work closely with engineering and maintenance to make sure that mechanical components are machined, using conventional machine tools, to the highest quality prior to installing it into our production equipment. This person will support any machining required during preventive maintenance, breakdowns, improvements, guarding, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, new designs, and new launches. Salary: $30-$50/Hour (10% premium added to base hourly rate for night shift)
Requirements: Minimum Work Experience: 4+ years of experience as a toolmaker or machinist in a manual conventional toolroom, preferably within metal forming and extrusion industries, Technical Certification: Machine shop or machining technology certification is a plus, Machining Skills: Mastery of conventional lathes, manual mills, and high-precision surface grinders; no CNC operation, programming, or CAD/CAM experience required, Industry Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret mechanical 2D drawings and models, perform shop math calculations, and use handheld measuring tools, Shop Math: Strong math skills for calculating angles, dimensions, tolerances, and machining speeds/feeds, with the ability to machine parts within .0001 inch tolerance, Fabrication: Welding, bending, forming, and other custom fabrication skills are a plus, Machine Repair: Knowledge of high-production mechanical systems, machine repair, retrofits, and troubleshooting is a plus, OSHA: Strong familiarity with industrial machine safety standards and machine guarding, Languages: Spanish, Burmese, or other language skills are a plus, Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, maintain fine motor dexterity, and lift up to 50 lbs.
