All Liquatite® flexible liquidtight conduit products are manufactured at our Roselle, Illinois facility in suburban Chicago. The majority of production tools and methods used in the manufacture of liquid-tight flexible conduit are unique, developed, and built by Electri-Flex in its own Tool Shop.

Complete Quality Control & Testing
Our vertically integrated manufacturing system ensures superior quality control over every step of the production process, from raw material sourcing to finished flexible electrical conduit assembly. Quality Assurance experts perform extensive testing at each stage, including:
- Bend-to-rupture testing
- Tension strength analysis
- Crush and impact resistance evaluation
- Flexibility testing
- Flammability checks
- Cold impact durability testing
Testing begins when raw materials arrive and continues through production until the final liquid-tight conduit is packaged for shipping. Every foot of conduit is measured for proper inside and outside dimensions using state-of-the-art equipment. Additionally, physical appearance and structural integrity are rigorously inspected at every production stage. Our conduits undergo regular, unannounced inspections by both UL and CSA to ensure compliance with the highest industry standards.
