Electri-Flex Company is family owned and operated by the 3rd generation Kinander family. The employees are also treated as family members and many have celebrated 10, 20 or even 30 plus year careers at the Company. This loyalty translates to quality for the entire Liquatite product line. Meet the faces of Electri-Flex’ Executive, Sales, Customer Service and Engineering Teams.
Executive Team
Started in 1989
Son of West Kinander, Jr. Graduate of Finance from Texas Christian University. Started working in the factory at Electri-Flex from the age of 16 changing light bulbs and sweeping floors. Has ensured that Electri-Flex is prepared for the millennium and beyond.
Started in 2000
Graduated with a B.A. degree from Columbia College in Chicago. Starting in the factory and moving through a number of departments, eventually landing in outside sales. Today as the Vice President and Co-Owner of Electri-Flex, he continues to help in managing west coast sales and working with the Board of Directors.
Started in 1991
Daughter of West Kinander, Jr. Graduated from the University of Tulsa. Has worked in several departments throughout Electri-Flex Company. Currently serves on the Electric Associations Board for the past 10 years.
Started in 2015
Graduated from Roosevelt University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Previously held controller and FP&A roles with domestic and international responsibilities at ITW (Illinois Tool Works), Avery Dennison and the Marmon Group.
Senior Management Team
Started in 2017
Graduated with a B.S. Degree in Business Management from Illinois Wesleyan University, and winner of the 2016 tED Magazine “30 under 35” award. He began his career in the electrical industry nearly 15 years ago focusing on business development, product management, and sales. Excelling at business growth and team development, he now leads the Sales and Marketing teams.
Started in 1997
Graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Started at Electri-Flex Company in the Accounting Department with a position in Accounts Payable and Payroll/Benefits. Obtained a certification of PHR (Professional Human Resources) and SHRM-CPC (Society of Human Certified Professional) and transitioned into Director of Human Resources where HR, Payroll, Benefits and Compliance are managed.
Started in 2013
Graduated from National Louis University in 1992 with a degree in Elementary Education. Spent 18 years working at an Electronic Rep Company, Micro Sales Inc., while raising 3 children. Started with Electri-Flex in 2013 as Customer Service Manager and in 2019 began working closely with transportation and logistics. Today Denise oversees Customer Service, Transportation, and the Distribution Center as the Distribution Manager.
Started 2022
Carrying over 25 years of manufacturing experience in various industries, such as automotive, aerospace, and telecommunications, as well as six-sigma black belt certification. He specializes in optimizing business processes, enhancing quality systems, implementing new technologies, and employing lean manufacturing methodologies to drive continuous improvement across the Company. Over his career, he has earned MS degrees in Engineering and Business.
Sales Team
Started in 2013
Graduated with a Master’s degree from the University of Saint Francis in Business Administration with an emphasis in International and a B.A. degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Has accumulated more than 30 years in the electrical industry including various executive positions with Essex Wire, Cerro Wire and Anamet Electrical.
Started in 2016
Graduated from the University of Las Vegas, NV. Tony began his career at Electri-Flex as a Sales Support Analyst and has progressed through multiple roles, including the most recent as Regional Sales Manager. In September, 2023 he was promoted to National Account Manager, where Tony will play an integral role supporting and growing key partnerships.
Started in 2014
Graduated from Columbia College, Chicago, IL. Previous experience includes retail management and 5 years as a Customer Service Rep at Electri-Flex. Today Lisette manages sales territories across the U.S. as well as additional marketing duties.
Started 2022
Graduated with a B.A. Degree in Business Management from Loras College in Dubuque, IA. Tyler began his career in the electrical industry in 2016 working for a national distributor. Today, Tyler is a Regional Sales Manager and is an active member of the NAED LEAD Committee
Started in 2024
Graduated from the University of Texas Permian Basin with a BBA in Management. Cameron joins Electri-Flex with 13 years of industry sales experience, with 8 of those years spent in the wire, cable, and conduit space. As a Regional Sales Manager, he will drive growth by working with manufacturer reps and distributor partners to maintain our market leader position for the East Coast territory.

Graduated in 2019 from Western Illinois University with a B.A. in Communications & Marketing, while also being an active member of the Men’s Golf Team. After a summer internship in 2019, John began his career at Electri-Flex in January, 2020.
Started in 2008
Obtained a degree in Journalism and is Certified in Phlebotomy. Previous work experience includes freelance writing for the local newspaper. Wendy has spent 8 years as a Customer Service Rep at Electri-Flex, and has been an Inside Sales Specialist since 2017.
Marketing Team
Started in 2003
Janelle came to Electri-Flex with over 5 years’ experience as a travel agent and quickly moved from Receptionist into an Administrative role. She graduated in 2006 with a B.S. Degree in Business Management and made the switch over to Marketing. Janelle continues to lead the Marketing Department for over 15 years.

Graduated from DePaul University with a B.A. degree in Public Relations & Advertising. Karla comes to Electri-Flex with 7 years of experience in Marketing, specializing in Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Development. On her days off you can find her mid-hike in a National Park accompanied by her two pups, Izzy and Odin.
Customer Service Team
Started in 2017
Comes to Electri-Flex with over 14 years of Administrative experience including 10 years’ experience managing customer service, order entry and sales functions at a basement waterproofing company.
Started in 2022
Graduated in 2018 from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Jose comes to Electri-Flex with 4 years of experience in Customer Service and Logistics. His hobbies include playing soccer, previously captaining the men’s soccer team at Roosevelt University, and caring for his beautiful baby girl.

Graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Marketing from Dominican University. Emmanuel comes with 5 years of supervisory experience, as well as 2 years of logistics experience.

Graduated from Northwest Suburban College with a degree as a Medical Assistant. Nereyda has previously managed two health care facilities and carries an additional 15 years of administrative experience. Her favorite hobby is music.
Started in 2024
Comes to Electri-Flex with 5 years of sales and customer service management experience. Annmarie has a passion for her work and enjoys providing excellent customer service, as well as teaching, which she did for 10 years prior. She also enjoys spending time with her family.

Graduated from National Louis University in 2023 with a B.A. in Business Management. Misael has worked in various roles previously, including retail, gas station management, warehouses, assisted care facilities, youth group leader, Sunday school teacher, and more. He enjoys video games and playing guitar for fun, but mostly, enjoying life to the fullest.
Operations Team
Started in 2003
Obtained a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Electrician from the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico City. Hector joined Electri-Flex with 15 years of experience in manufacturing management. He spent his first 12 years as an Industrial Electrician, with another 9 assisting the Plant Manager. In June 2024, Hector was promoted to Production Manager, overseeing the manufacturing facility.

Graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from Roosevelt University. Tony came to Electri-Flex with 9 years of experience in purchasing, and 5 of those years specifically in the electrical industry. His previous work experience included purchasing for distributors, contractors, and other manufacturers.
Started in 2017
Graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Began his career in the electrical industry at Electri-Flex in 2017. Has worked in every department on the production floor to gain knowledge of every aspect of the products we produce. Now works closely with production and sales to facilitate continual quality improvement of our existing products as well as creation of innovative and custom products.

Graduated in 2016 with a B.S. in Systems Engineering & Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Working and studying every department on the production floor has helped develop an understanding of the entire product line. Today Henry works closely with manufacturing to continually maintain quality and compliance of existing products. He also works closely with Sales to provide customer and technical support, including product recommendations and application assistance.

Graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Project Management from Capella University. Steven came to Electri-Flex with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, performing roles in Quality, Production, and Research & Development. He enjoys playing recreational ice hockey and is a passionate advocate for the continued growth of youth hockey.
