July 22 – COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 UPDATE FROM ELECTRI-FLEX COMPANY

I wanted to take this opportunity to update you, our Distributor Partners, Manufacturer’s Reps, fellow Electrical Industry Manufacturers’, and trading partners on where Electri-Flex Company stands today. To say the least, it has been interesting! We continue to manufacture, and keep our side of the supply chain open, supply the industry’s highest quality and widest variety of Flexible Wire and Cable Protection in the industry.

From the start Electri-Flex instituted very stringent directives and rules for all employees and we have remained healthy and protected ever since. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of our hard-working employees for adhering to these directives and keeping everyone safe and healthy.

However, this is not over, not by a long shot! We realize that there is much work to be done and the new normal has not been defined yet. With this being said, it’s important for you to realize a few new “rules” we are forced to implement due to challenges we face today and will continue to face for the next several months as a result of COVID-19.

1. Electri-Flex will no longer accept back orders on any NM products. These include NM, NM2 and all put-ups associated with Non-Metallic.
2. Electri-Flex will no longer accept back orders on any Steel or Aluminum Flex Items. These include all sizes and put-up of BR and ABR related products.
   If the products mentioned above are not in stock, we ask that they be canceled from the original purchase order and added to a future order.

We apologize in advance for this inconvenience, but in these trying times it’s important for Electri-Flex to maintain our supply chain and these are two ways to insure we always have enough product for our loyal, stocking distributors.

In closing we want to keep in our thoughts and prayers those that have been most adversely effected by this pandemic and pray for a quick recovery so all of us can get back to the things that matter most to us.
